Wokring with a client who is hiring a Business Analyst.

This role blends classic BA capability with hands on Product Owner responsibility within Agile scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to shape high quality PRDs
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases
• Act as Product Owner for scrum teams managing and prioritising backlog
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, and day to day engineering clarification
• Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and delivery ready before development begins
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and operations to remove ambiguity and blockers

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in Agile environments
• Strong experience writing user stories and running scrum ceremonies
• Excellent requirements documentation and process mapping skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tooling
• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or data heavy platforms beneficial
• Strong communicator across technical and non technical teams
